Hello. I had nose surgery during the Chuseok holiday.! It’s now been 2 weeks and 2 days, I had an incision under the nose and used Gore-Tex, and I don’t really know much about non-incisional autologous dermis? or things like that. The method did seem a bit old-fashioned? but the doctor said he was very good at surgeries using this technique, so I trusted him and went ahead.
Before the surgery, I didn’t know anyone around me who had had nose surgery, and this was my first cosmetic surgery, so I knew absolutely nothing. I only went to exactly 2 clinics, and I chose a plastic surgery specialist who was nearby and had a lot of experience. I had it done by a doctor at a 20-year-old plastic surgery clinic in my neighborhood who specializes in eyes and noses, and from the consultation before the surgery, he had an unusual amount of pride in his work. He didn’t take many questions, and since I didn’t know anything either, I didn’t ask many questions and had the surgery in a completely clueless state. As for the surgical result, I had asked for it not to be high, absolutely not to look like I had plastic surgery, and just for the shape to look a little better than before, absolutely absolutely not to look like I had plastic surgery, and it did turn out exactly the way I wanted, but still ㅠㅠ It really doesn’t look like I had surgery at all. Some people say it looks exactly the same as before, and I think I mostly hear that it looks slightly better than before.
For me, the nasal tip was 2 mm, and the nasal bridge was slightly shaved down, and I had 1.5 mm around the glabella area. It was placed so low that I’m already wondering whether I should have revision surgery.ㅠㅠ If I do revision surgery, it will cost a lot, and I heard satisfaction tends to be lower with revision surgeryㅜㅜ For the money I spent, it barely shows, so ㅠㅠ I’m upset. It is better than before, but human greed is something else ㅠㅠ Before this, I had a Hiko nose procedure, and it doesn’t feel very different from then. If anything, when I first had the Hiko procedure, I think it was higher and prettier ㅜㅠ
If I do revision surgery, I want to wait about 5 months and at the same clinic raise everything overall by just 2 mm from the current state. Would that make my impression change drastically? Would it look too obvious that I had nose surgery? I’m worried.
