I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago with 3 mm L-shaped silicone. But later, the nasal tip lowered a bit again, and this is how it looks now. I like the glabella height, but past the glabella, the nasal dorsum and nasal tip seem a bit low and small. Also, I heard L-shaped silicone is an older type and a bit risky, so I'm thinking of having revision surgery with straight silicone. Please evaluate my nose and give me advice
