Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

My first rhinoplasty in my life

I had rhinoplasty in August.. I had nasal valve correction, and there was nothing wrong with my nasal septum, but because of my upturned nose, they used it for my nasal tip.. While doing that, they also raised my nasal bridge slightly and naturally with donated costal cartilage... The problem is, they said they would operate only with donated costal cartilage, but the doctor said it would be better to use my nasal septum. But I had surgery for a deviated septum 3 years ago.. Before the surgery, I could breathe really well through my nose with no blockage, and I had no problems. The surgery was done at a specialized ENT clinic..

But now about a month has passed since the surgery, and one side of my nose is about half blocked, so I can’t breathe well.... What’s strange is that when I move my mouth to the left, the part of my nasal bridge where I can’t breathe feels like it’s being pulled, and I can breathe even less. At the hospital, they looked with an endoscope and said there is absolutely nothing blocked... I really regret it. I should have just lived satisfied with my ordinary appearance... Even when I sleep, if I turn to the right, I can breathe somewhat better, but if I turn to the left, the side of my nose where I can’t breathe feels pulled and like there’s a foreign body, and I can’t breathe well... Could it possibly be because they touched my septum twice? The doctor says my septum isn’t bent either. Oh, and my nose also doesn’t quite line up with my philtrum and nasal tip... My nose also feels slightly shifted to the right, and the left and right sides of the nasal bridge between my eyebrows don’t match either. At the hospital, they said no nose is 100% straight and symmetrical, and that the correction was done well.... But to me and my parents, it really doesn’t seem that way at all. What should I do? After a month, they prescribed a nasal spray and said let’s watch the progress, but I’m too conscious of it..
