I’m looking into getting my nose redone. Can you take a quick look and tell me if I’m checking out the right clinics? ㅠㅠ I’m cautious and tend to worry a lot, so I guess I didn’t ask for much with my first surgeryㅜ It’s so subtle that if I tell people I had surgery, no one can tell. My nostrils are on the wider side.. I guess I shouldn’t have gone so natural. But I don’t like anything too dramatic or artificial, so after looking at reviews, I narrowed it down to ㅇㅂㅅ, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ, ㄹㅁㅌㄷ, ㅇㅍ, ㅁㅋ. Do these seem okay..? But does it have to be dramatic for a bulbous nose look to improve wellㅠㅠㅠ?
익묭 For a bulbous nose, rather than “dramatic!”, I think it’s important to find a surgeon who clearly does bulbous nose correction well
예용82 If it’s for improving a bulbous nose, I don’t think using rib cartilage is bad either. When I asked people here who had revision consultations, most of them mentioned rib cartilage
익명 Is the 4th one maybe ㅇㅍ? I went for a consultation and it was okay. I still have 2 more consultations, so I’m going to go to all of them first and then decide!! Have you not gone for consultations yet?
주혀 From other people’s reviews, it seems like it can improve even if you don’t go dramatic? If you don’t like artificial or excessive results, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ is okay

주목 I think it’s better to get it done harmoniously rather than making it unconditionally dramatic. I haven’t looked at reviews for the other places yet, so I’m not sure, but ㅇㅂㅅ seems like a middle ground between dramatic and natural. I thought it was pretty because it didn’t look artificial
뛰뛰빵빠악 I don’t think a bulbous nose necessarily gets corrected just because you make it dramatic.. They just have to be skilledㅠ Mine is revision surgery for a crooked nose, and I’m looking at ㅅㅁㅇ, ㅊㅁ, ㅅㅇ, ㅇㅊㅂ, ㅇㄴㅅㅌ. There are too many clinics, so choosing is really hard and intenseㅜ
꼬기오 Yeah, for bulbous nose improvement, I think it’d be good to look at ㅈㅇㅈㅇ(고) or ㅂㅇㅇ(오)!? They seem to shape the line well with a dramatic feel
나는달님꿈 Rather than thinking it has to be unconditionally dramatic, I think you can look for a clinic that shapes the nasal tip well. I think I saw that ㅇㅇ and ㄹㅂㄹ also specialize in nose revision surgery, have a variety of cases, and do bulbous nose correction well

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
