I think it’s because of the L-shaped silicone, but from the side it looks slightly upturned, and the stiff? sulky? look is so severe that I was looking into revision rhinoplasty and booked consultations at ㅇㅂㅋ(ㅏ,ㅔ,ㅡ) and ㄴㅈㄹ(ㅗ,ㅡ,ㅐㅂ) I don’t think cartilage was used during my first surgery, and I think the implant was placed through a closed approach? (I don’t remember exactly) I want to keep the height as it is now and have the surgery redone with autologous cartilage or a custom implant, but I’m worried whether it can be improved to look natural even after removing the existing implant.. I want the nasal tip to come down slightly while reshaping the overall contour into a slimmer look, but I wonder if it can go well without the help of silicone..
뾰뾰뾱 If it’s an L-shaped implant, I recommend removing it quickly..
furi It’s heavy and obvious, so many people removed it~ For revision surgery, just use silicone as the nasal tip material
검덩두부 I also looked into ㅇㅂㅋ for revision rhinoplasty, and since the director has handled many difficult cases, it really seems like they improve things well.!! They’ve encountered many different cases, so I’m also looking into it with high expectations

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
