It’s been about 2 months since I had revision surgery with no implant, using only septal cartilage, after removing everything from my first surgery. I know that after eye surgery, nose surgery is also something a lot of people look into, but I think you have to be incredibly careful when making a decision about the nose. The reason I had everything removed after my first surgery was because my nasal tip seemed to look upturned. But was I satisfied with the result of my first surgery? No. I had 4 mm silicone put in. It was definitely a dramatic style. I really wanted it to look dramatic, but once I actually got it done, all I could see was my nose. Still, if only the shape had come out well…
