As I got older, only the fat in my face disappeared in an instant.. my facial line looked harsh.. and since I couldn't just gain fat only in my face, I eventually decided to have surgery.. Ah... I really never imagined it would be this hard ㅠ_ㅠ
The evening of the first day of surgery.. When I woke up from general anesthesia, my whole body was trembling, and less than an hour later I kept waking up, with blood coming from my nose and a huge amount of bloody phlegm coming out.. Other people seemed to have less of it, but for some reason I had so much bloody phlegm that it was painful.
Since my home is in the provinces, I was discharged the next day and stayed at an affiliated hotel for 3 days.. I couldn't sleep lying down, so I just leaned back and slept briefly here and there.... As for eating, my mouth was so swollen that I couldn't eat properly..ㅠㅠ My throat hurt so much from coughing and bloody phlegm that I couldn't even swallow saliva, and in the end my voice wouldn't come out either.. not even a hoarse voice....
It was so painful that I even thought, am I going to die like this.. From the first day, my eyes and lips swelled up a lot, and on the third day I opened my eyes in the morning but couldn't see in front of me, so my heart sank.. I was so swollen that I even got a migraine on the right side, so on the last day I was barely surviving. They said I really have almost no fat on my face, so I didn't expect to swell this much.,, sigh
I took off the bandage and came home... Both eyes look like I put on red bruise makeup, my ears are all bruised too... Under both eyes.. the jaw area.. and down to my neck, I have light green bruises. My lips are still swollen, and I have black bruising from inside my mouth to the outside... It's really beyond imagination... sigh.... I just look like Shrek.. like Princess Fiona....
People said I would feel alive once the bandage came off... but I don't think I'm there yet.. My speech is still slurred, but thankfully my voice is coming out. I'm still eating soft foods like porridge, soup, and steamed egg. The inside of my mouth is still very swollen, so I don't want to irritate it, and since I still have stitches, I'm going to try to be as careful as possible until they dissolve and disappear. I hope the swelling goes down soon ㅠ_ㅠ
