Two weeks after cheekbone and square jaw surgery

Now it's finally... been two weeks... First, what has changed compared with a week ago is that my lips, which were bruised black, have safely returned to their original color, and the swelling around my eyes has gone down, but the purple bruising is not going away easily.... The light green bruises on my right jaw area and cheek, and in front of both ears, have faded a lot but are still there.. And.. the swelling in my cheekbones, jaw, and mouth area is not going down... For these two weeks, I've been sleeping leaning against the bed and wall... But I'm even more swollen in the morning.. Oh my gosh... Ugh. From the front, my face used to be slightly pointed, but now it's just a puffy, round face... I don't think I can meet people until this swelling goes down... Since I originally had almost no fat on my face... it shows so obviously that I had something done... sigh. Having a face with no volume was a complex for me, but... this is.... not it... Since I'm feeling depressed, my dad even jokes that he likes my now chubbier face..... As for eating, it's still porridge, scorched-rice water, pumpkin juice, fresh fruit juice, sweet potatoes, bananas.. I scrape them with a teaspoon to eat. They said I could eat home-cooked meals, but.. because of the stitches inside my mouth, there is also the issue of brushing my teeth.. The problem is that at dawn or in the morning, I sometimes get pain around my right cheekbone and cheek like the flesh is being torn apart. Since it keeps happening, I get a right-sided migraine with it, so I'm taking headache medicine. Because of the stitches inside my mouth, I brush carefully everywhere with a baby toothbrush except the outer side of the lower teeth, then use mouthwash... (How does everyone brush the areas where there are stitches?? Even the baby toothbrush hits the stitches, so I can't do it.) Because of the wounds and swelling inside my mouth, I can't smile well.. If I try to smile a little, the wounds inside my mouth pull and hurt.. When will the wounds inside my mouth heal completely...  The stitches inside my mouth are dissolvable sutures.. They said these will fall out on their own in about 45 days. How am I supposed to endure this.... I'm really so worried.... How am I seriously supposed to eat rice.. Aoooh....
