Ha.. my cherished community account suddenly became level 1.. I really participated actively, damn it. Anyway, I’ll share a review to raise my level. I had nose surgery with no implant (ear cartilage) when I was 20. I went to a lot of consultations and chose the cheapest place among them... But the director was really good. It felt like I got lucky; the director paid a lot of attention to me, and I liked that part. I even remember that maybe 3 days after surgery, the director personally called me. But a bit of regret... When you do implant-free rhinoplasty with ear cartilage, it really does droop. I really liked the initial shape too, but as time passed, I vividly watched it droop. I wanted to cry. I think the material just absorbed too well in my case. Still, the good thing is that now is definitely better than before surgery lol So I’m looking into revision rhinoplasty... Should I use costal cartilage this time? The director I went to has now left that hospital, and when I search the name now, no hospital information comes up...ㅜ It’s such a satisfying memory that if I redo my nose, I’d want to consult with that director again. That’s about what I remember! I don’t really remember anything specific to praise about the hospital. Summary Implant-free surgery with ear cartilage isn’t bad. (They say absorption rates vary by person, but for me it seems to have absorbed too well.) Still, now is much better than before surgery.
