Before the revision surgery, my nasal tip didn’t have an upturned shape, but after the surgery, it felt slightly upturned, and that bothered me for the entire 12 years. As I got older, one day I noticed the nasal bridge also looked slightly crooked, so I went back to the clinic. They said it was because I had facial asymmetry, and that they felt good because even after ten years the condition had been maintained well. But recently I went to clinics because I wanted to have philtrum reduction surgery, and at every clinic I went to, they all said my nasal bridge was crooked and recommended revision rhinoplasty. Even when I look at it, the nasal bridge seems a little crooked, but I still don’t really know whether it looks crooked because my face is asymmetric or what. After hearing that it would be better to get revision surgery because the nasal bridge is crooked, I really want to have revision surgery, but I’m worried that if I lower the nasal tip, the central part of my face will look too long. My face is on the long side. And because of the silicone placed in the nasolabial angle, when I smile, a horizontal straight wrinkle forms across the middle of my philtrum. As I get older, my philtrum is getting longer too. Anyway, at the time I expected that would be my last nose surgery, but now, after 12 years have passed, my nose seems slightly crooked, and I’m thinking about revision surgery again.
