I had all of the silicone, Medpor, and septal cartilage removed. From the side, my columella protrudes outward in a bulging way. The doctor says they removed the septal cartilage, but my nose neither gets compressed nor lifts up. Only the nasal tip is blunt and soft. I feel like the columellar scar will never disappear, even if I die. ㅠㅡㅠ
