I had surgery about 3 years ago, but I wonder if it was done poorly. My nasal tip has all dropped, and it looks like a bulbous nose, so no one can tell I had surgery. I was stressed and went back again. They said I originally had a nasal bridge, so they only talked about doing the nasal tip without an implant. I went because I heard they tend to make it look glamorous, but since they said I only needed the nasal tip, I felt relieved and also a bit disappointed at the same time..
