Hwi Review

I felt a bit dazed after hearing the consultation here. It doesn’t even compare to the consultations I’ve had at other plastic surgery clinics until now. I thought plastic surgery consultations usually went like this: manager, doctor for 5 minutes, then manager for pricing. But. There’s no waiting here at all, you just go straight to the director’s consultation. If you look at their blog, they explain in detail why getting a CT scan for nose surgery is meaningless. The director consultation alone took about 20 minutes. I had always thought director consultations were just sit down, get up, and leave right away, so this was a very fresh and shocking wake-up call for me. They were extremely professional, with a professor-like vibe. Even just going for a consultation felt like I was gaining knowledge. They said a surgically altered nose can become a pig nose. They said the alar cartilage is loosened and then restored, returning it to the original nose shape, but I didn’t fully understand it, but they said a surgical nose turns into a pig nose. That was so fascinating. They also said a bent nose can be corrected. They said something other hospitals said couldn’t be done actually can be done. And they looked at my whole face too, saying they had had double-jaw surgery before, and they absolutely told me not to do any surgery to shorten my chin or make my jaw shorter. They said it would be meaningless and only ruin the face. It felt like they were looking at the face as a whole. I’m torn between re-revision surgery here and another place famous for revision surgery... For Hwi, no matter how much I ask for a discount, they won’t give even 1 won off.... But the price is high and it requires general anesthesia, so it’s a bit of a burden. Otherwise it’s local anesthesia plus sedation, but I didn’t have confidence I could stay awake for 4 hours For now I’ve booked appointments here and elsewhere, and I’m planning to go back to Hwi for another consultation. For my nose they recommended autologous costal cartilage, but I’m hesitant about taking cartilage from the ribs, so I’m thinking of going back to ask whether ear cartilage could work.
