This is a nose that had everything done 2 years ago: silicone, septal cartilage, osteotomy, and alar reduction. Around the time I was looking into revision surgery because I didn’t like the shape, both sides of my nasal bridge started swelling, so I went to the clinic and they said it was inflammation.. I decided to have it removed next week.. While removing it, I’ve gained so much weight recently that I’m thinking of getting Accu.. But I heard that also has many side effects, so I’m worried. I thought about getting a chin implant for my retruded chin, but I’m scared of having silicone put inside my face again, so I’m thinking of doing fat grafting, but I keep seeing many people say it has no effect.. I just browse the internet every day They say it can become bumpy after removing the silicone.. I’m thinking of just getting filler after about a month..
