Hello This is my 3-month review after square jaw and cheekbone contouring surgery at the clinic. First of all, the clinic staff, nurses, and the director are all very kind and nice. Even though 3 months have passed, it still feels like the swelling is going down, and I think the swelling inside my mouth is still there. I still have the feeling that both cheeks inside my mouth are swollen and stretched. And my right lip still has sensory abnormality, as if the anesthesia hasn't fully worn off yet. It's kind of interesting whenever I touch it, and I'm not too bothered by it. I believe it will get better after more time passes! Seeing that some swelling remains even around the 3-month mark makes me realize again that this really was a major surgery, something I didn't feel right after the operation. Other people don't think I look swollen at all, and when I look at my appearance, I also think the swelling is all gone.. but there is still some swelling inside my mouth, so it's just slightly bothersome? I'm not sure if this is swelling, but I'm thinking of it as swelling and believing it will go downㅠㅠ The swelling has continued to go down up to the 3-month mark, and the more time passes, the more my face seems to be getting slimmer. Of course, I'm satisfied with my current face shape compared to before surgery, but at the time I was scared and didn't push for more, so maybe because I expected a very dramatic face.. I do think I could have been a little more ambitious. Still, the square jaw that was my complex disappeared very naturally, so I'm very satisfied. It doesn't look like I had surgery at all, and I like that my face seems slimmer. From the front, there wasn't a huge change, so not a single friend has ever told me my face looks different. I don't know if that's good or bad..ㅎ Still, I'm living much more satisfied than I was with my old face. And rather than thinking your face size will become dramatically much smaller, I think it's better to think of it as the uneven contours of the face becoming smoother and more refined. The director is very kind and really tries to make the face shape as pretty and natural as possible, so if you're considering facial contouring surgery, at least go in for a consultation!!
