I had tip rhinoplasty using ear cartilage, and the surgery didn't take long, but it really hurt when they put it into my nose.. The swelling lasted for a week, and honestly, I was satisfied. It's been 4 years now, and it's lowered a bit, but still okay. But it didn't become dramatically different or anything. It was for my own satisfaction.
