It's the 3rd or 4th year since my revision rhinoplasty... Back then, they didn't do general anesthesia, and aside from briefly falling asleep, the surgery was done under local anesthesia. I was so scared, but I thought, fine... let's do it, and during surgery they said it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes, but because a donated rib cartilage was added, the cost went up during surgery,
and it took 3 hours and 30 minutes. I really thought I was going crazy. The tip of my nose didn't droop, but I'm looking into revision surgery again. My nose became too slim and pointy.
