Review of Revision Rhinoplasty / Fat Grafting / Liposuction ❤

Before <front before surgery> After <front after surgery> Before <45-degree before surgery> After <45-degree after surgery> Before <side before surgery> After <side after surgery> The pre-op photos I uploaded were from a state where, because of side effects from my first rhinoplasty, the silicone implant was moving, so I had even undergone surgery to remove the silicone. Even people seeing me for the first time would say my nose looked crooked, so the bridge of my nose itself was very crooked, and the nostril asymmetry was severe too, so I really wanted my revision rhinoplasty to succeed ㅠㅠㅜ It was so bad that when I got a COVID test... the person doing the test even told me my nose looked very crooked, so they would do it on the less crooked side..ㅠㅠ And I also had a lot of fat under my chin, no forehead volume, and a receding chin, so I had fat grafting and double-chin liposuction done together~ Since it was revision rhinoplasty, I considered experience and career history the most important, and maybe because the director had 21 years of experience, I felt trust when I saw how he identified the problems with my nose and explained them in detail! They also said an anesthesiologist is on site, so I think I felt more at ease~ As the director explained, there were many procedures I needed, so the price was accordingly high~ And what I wanted was... simply for the crooked nose and nostril asymmetry to improve, and I thought it would be nice if the shape naturally suited my face, and I hoped my face would photograph well even without editing~ With those hopes, I considered having surgery at a plastic surgery clinic!

The after photos are from 2 weeks post-op~ Fortunately, I think the surgery went so well that taking photos is fun now~ It is still only week 2 though haha. I am most satisfied with the revision rhinoplasty, and I had surgery using buttock dermis and ear cartilage! I also had osteotomy! For the price, they said my revision rhinoplasty with reconstruction was a difficult surgery! It was expensive, but I trusted them..! The listed price includes fat grafting and liposuction! On day 11, I had the stitches removed from the glabella area where the autologous dermis had been fixed, and the glabella is okay, but the left glabella feels a bit bruised and swollen ㅠㅠ Overall, it feels taut and swollen toward the left. When I wear a mask people do not really notice, but when I take it off, other people say my impression looks better? and that I look prettier! The forehead where I had fat grafting also seems natural now, maybe because a lot of the swelling has gone down, and I think the chin also looks natural now because they did not overfill it~ The areas where I had liposuction still feel a bit like they are bruised~ When I touch them or do neck stretches, they feel tight, but rather than pain, it is more like a slight bruised-feeling pain? The swelling does seem to have gone down, but I think quite a lot still remains. Still, I really like that the crooked-looking nose from the front has improved a lot, and I also really like the side-profile nose line. I hope the nose, glabella, and overall swelling go down quickly so it looks natural~
