I am planning to have it removed only 16 days after surgery. I had septal cartilage, silicone, a septal support strut, a hump, and lateral osteotomy. If the septal cartilage is removed, will the nose become upturned? I heard that if a lot of septal cartilage was removed, contracture can happen ㅠㅠ And I am wondering whether cartilage repositioning needs to be done.
