This was the first clinic I went to for a consultation after deciding to get nose surgery. The doctor consulted with me first, accurately identified the shortcomings, and explained in detail how it would be good to operate and how things would change after surgery. They said septal cartilage and silicone would need to be used, and if there wasn’t enough septal cartilage, donated costal cartilage would have to be used. The disappointing part is that there’s no way to know in advance whether donated costal cartilage will be needed. And the consultant was really extremely kind and explained things calmly and clearly.
