This is my day 10 review after autologous costal cartilage surgery!! First of all, I had such an extremely blunt, bulbous nasal tip that I kept saying I wanted it thin, thin no matter what, and because I was scared of side effects, I had been thinking about it for years. So I was definitely planning to use autologous costal cartilage, and I chose only hospitals with a lot of experience in autologous costal cartilage, had consultations, and then decided! I thought a flashy nose wouldn’t suit my face, so I wanted it not to be too high, and I wondered if I should skip the nasal bridge. But the director said the proportions wouldn’t match that way, so we decided to raise the bridge just slightly and make the blunt nasal tip thinner, and I had the surgery. I’m seriously so satisfied.. It’s still quite high because of swelling, but I’m fine with this too, and even if the swelling goes down and it becomes slightly lower from here, I’ll still be so satisfied ㅜㅜ I saw posts saying that with autologous costal cartilage, the rib hurts more than the nose and it’s really hard, so I was seriously very worried. But on the day of surgery, I played games until 3 a.m., rested for 4 days, went back to work, and even worked.. haha It hurts much less than I expected, so if you’re going to do it anyway, choose autologous costal cartilage instead of silicone.. hahaha Since I only moved the position of my own bone, I’ll consider it as not having had surgery..!! lol
