I visited after making a consultation reservation because the reviews for revision rhinoplasty were good. There were many people in the waiting room who had nose surgery, and they all seemed to have nice nose shapes without swelling, so my expectations went up. I had a CT scan, then a very brief consultation with the consultant in some room (how I wanted it done, questions about the previous surgery), then waited and went to the director's room. But maybe the staff did not communicate which room I was in, because they called my name loudly and looked for me in the crowded waiting room; The consultation with the director was quite specific and clean, and I liked that he clearly told me which things I wanted would look really strange or which things he did not recommend. The after-service period is also on the longer side. He took photos and drew on them, so it was easy to understand. Overall, the staff were not unfriendly, but they were definitely not the warm and gentle type. The price was also good, so it was one of my top 2 clinics I was considering, but maybe the consultant thought I would not do it, because she did not even give me a business card. The ending felt slightly off, which was disappointing. If the staff friendliness improved somewhat, I think even more people would go there.
