Both the director and the doctor were kind, and the atmosphere made it comfortable to ask questions. For first surgery, I was quoted 5 million for full disclosure and 6.5 million for partial disclosure (regular price 8.8 million) (septal cartilage + osteotomy + autologous costal cartilage + bulbous nose correction) Even though cost is not a major concern for me, it felt too expensive because it was 2 to 3 million more than other hospitals. I want an extremely natural nose, so they said they would use autologous costal cartilage without implants and raise the tip and the hump area by about 1 mm to match it. The fact that they could recommend 1 mm makes me feel like they understand how natural I want it.. (I already have a fairly high bridge) I think I’ll probably get surgery here sometime this month, but I’m still deliberating because of the cost I had been thinking 6 million max, and I’m uncomfortable with full disclosure of my face..
