I visited because my leave days are limited and I had hope for kotgelko. I didn’t get a CT scan, and after waiting more than an hour I had the consultation. There weren’t many people waiting; it just felt like I was waiting a long time for the doctor! There were only two of us waiting, including me.. hehe They were kind, but I felt the explanation was lacking in professionalism. It seems they explain with the assumption that you already know about kotgelko. There was no explanation of how the surgery would be done, and no mention of how much height I would get. Hmm.. the only thing I remember is them looking at the photo, saying there was a hump that needed smoothing out and that they would use kotgelko to fill and smooth it while raising it, so they’d need two pieces of ear cartilage. And the estimate came out much higher than I expected, so I had questions to decide whether to have surgery. I contacted the number on the business card I got during the in-person consultation, but they didn’t read the KakaoTalk message. When I asked through the main consultation link connected through the website chat, I did get a reply, but after a bit of back and forth they left me on read. The consultation was disappointing in many ways.
