<Side><Front>I had surgery where they removed cartilage to raise the nasal tip, and did ear skin grafting to lower the nostrils After my surgery, I had very severe inflammation, so the nostril skin contracted and it didn’t get covered at all ㅠㅠ So 3 months after the first open surgery, they corrected the sunken nose and the part where the cartilage was protruding with a closed correction, and they said nostril skin grafting should be done after the skin becomes healthy, so they told me to do a second skin graft after 6 months Would it be more effective if I raise the nasal alae together too? I’m stressed because my nostrils show so much and look too big ㅜㅠ
OovoO I want to make my nostrils bigger though..

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
