10 years ago, I had surgery with an L-shaped silicone implant and ear cartilage, and this January I had revision surgery with donated costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage from the other ear. About a month and a half after surgery, I had pain, and people around me said the shape looked strange, so I contacted the clinic where I had the surgery. I’ve been taking antibiotic medication for a month now, and even after two washouts, including a full washout and a partial washout under local anesthesia, I can see pus again, so I’m thinking about removing everything. It’s been 10 years since I’ll be going back to a nose without silicone. Will it suddenly become much lower or shrink severely? My nose has been through too much in just one month, and I’ve already had two washouts…

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
