I really like the photos in the ㅇㄴㄷ surgery reviews, but the shapes are almost identical. I’m wondering if it’s Photoshop. Also, I prefer autologous costal cartilage, but all the reviews are with donor costal cartilageㅠㅠ I’m wondering if they maybe can’t do autologous costal cartilageㅜ And for those who had donor costal cartilage, does the nasal tip really droop and get absorbed, making the tip look bulky? Please let me knowㅠ
haruholic Can’t you just get a consultation? You can’t tell from review photos. If you feel like the doctor is somewhat hesitant about autologous costal cartilage, go somewhere else. Ask the consultant to show you autologous costal cartilage reviews too and see how they react. (They often do it under sedation, but if they’re not used to it, there’s a risk of pneumothorax, and some doctors seem to feel burdened by harvesting it.) For the most part, proper doctors don’t seem to care much either way, whichever of the two materials they use. Some doctors seem to recommend autologous costal cartilage more because it’s a firmer material. Weigh the pros and cons carefully and decide. I feel like this same question comes up so often, but surprisingly(?) if you just search this community, all the answers are there.
어디로가야해 Mine is a first surgery, and donor costal cartilage was recommended to me,, I don’t know about the material, but first of all, I didn’t trust anyone there, from the consultant to the directorㅠㅠ
어디로가야해 [@콩이이22] The consultant was wearing a mask, so I couldn’t seeㅠㅠ Instead, they told me things like, since it’s my first surgery, don’t already think about revision surgery, and that it’s originally okay not to have an anesthesiology director.... The price was 5.7 million -> event price 4.6 million won (silicone + donor costal cartilage). If you’re doing autologous costal cartilage, absolutely, absolutely go somewhere with an anesthesiology director on site, not a pay doctorㅠㅠ

- Review: I’m seriously super satisfied right now - Contracture phase: I don’t even know if it has come yet; I still don’t know whether it hasn’t come or already did (about a week ago, my nose was hard for 2-3 days... maybe that was it..)-
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I was quoted 23 million won... is this right...
I got quoted 23 million won at OO for all autologous costal cartilage.. They say it would be 18 million if I write a review ㅠㅠ Is this right? Since I have a history of 3 surgeries if I include the AS revision, I expected it to be in the ten

It seems like ㅊㅁ does removals regardless of the timing. Has anyone here had a removal or surgery there??
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Complete removal after one month due to nasal inflammation
I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 Can contracture also occur with implant-free autologous costal cartilage?
Just as the title says…..
