I went to 4 consultations. One place was closed rhinoplasty and didn’t match the look I want, so I passed, and I’m debating because the surgical materials for the others are all differentㅜ The quotes were almost similar. Everyone who’s had nose surgery, what material do you recommend? They all have such clear pros and cons, so I’m torn.. 1. CT scan - X / The director was extremely kind and explained things well. He clearly has experience, so I felt trust. But it’s donated costal cartilage, so I’m thinking of excluding it.. Materials: silicone + donated costal cartilage + hump nose correction + bulbous nose correction + columella correction + short nose correction 2. CT scan - O / The director’s aesthetic sense matched mine, so it was my top choice in my mind, and he also explained things calmly and well. Materials: septal cartilage + nasal tip correction + hump nose correction + osteotomy + columella trimming For now, I made a reservation. The consultant pressured me about the deposit, which was a bit uncomfortable, but it’s refundable, and the director’s preferred look matches mine, and since they specialize in noses, they do seem trustworthy. The aftercare doesn’t seem bad either. 3. CT scan - O / The director was extremely thorough, and the aftercare is good. What I liked most is that it’s a one-doctor clinic, and they said the director thinks checking progress is important. But I’m debating the material. Material: autologous costal cartilage or ear cartilage, but he strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. The consultant pressured me to reserve.. It’s 100% refundable up to 7 days before, so I made a reservation for now. I’m deciding between 2 and 3, but I’m worried because of the surgical material.. Since it’s my first surgery, I also don’t want to have revision surgery, and since all three places recommended different materials, I’m so tornㅠㅠ Everyone who has had nose surgery, please give me some adviceㅠㅜ
fndjjfj Wouldn’t the place with good aftercare be better?? These days a lot of people do autologous costal cartilage even for a first rhinoplasty. If you’re okay with it, I recommend 3!!
복코저리가라ㅏ [@fndjjfj] You think so?? The aftercare is similar, but for 2, I did kind of feel like it would be hard to see the director’s face after surgery.. I really like the line though,, I also feel like autologous costal cartilage is a good material, but maybe somewhere in my heart I feel burdened by it..ㅠㅠ Getting nose surgery is really hard
제발요ㅠㅜ Can you tell me the hospital??

My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we

During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
