Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-review

I should have had revision surgery for my contracted nose soonerㅠ

It’s already been 3 weeks since I had functional nose surgery + revision surgery using autologous costal cartilage at a plastic surgery clinic. 10 years ago, I had surgery using silicone, septal cartilage for the nasal tip, and ear cartilage, but as time passed, my nasal tip seemed to become blunt and the length seemed to get shorter and shorter. I was stressed because it looked upturned, whether it was contracture or absorption, so I decided to have revision surgery. My original nasal bridge was already high, so I wanted to keep the silicone at the same mm and only replace it, and for me the nasal tip was the main point. I said I wanted a higher, more feminine line than before, somewhere between a semi-upturned and straight-with-slight-curve nose, but without making the nostrils look upturnedㅎ I really couldn’t go through revision surgery twice again, so my requests were very demanding, but during the consultation, Director Kim Jae-yoon listened carefully to these concerns and explained everything in detailㅠㅠ I was planning to visit 5–6 places for consultations and decide carefully, but after consulting with the director, I decided right away. Since I have keloid-prone skinㅜ I worried a lot about autologous costal cartilage versus donated costal cartilage because of scarring, but he made it so the autologous costal cartilage scar could be hidden along the underwear line, and they said they would even provide scar treatment, so there was no reason not to do itㅎ When I had consultations at other hospitals, I waited over an hour, but here I went in right away without waiting, the clinic looked clean, I really liked that there is one director, and they recommended only exactly what was necessary during the consultation. Above all, I decided because I was satisfied with things like the reasonable cost with no additional charges. During my first surgery, the swelling and bruising were really severe, so I was worried, but thankfully I had no bruising at all, and the swelling seemed to go down in about a week? around day 4–5. I rested for 2 days and went straight back to workㅋㅋ Autologous costal cartilage hurts a bit, but by days 3–4 it was okay. After the splint was removed, the sebum was no joke, but the skincare staff here cleaned it all up, so I wore makeup right from the next day. First of all, I really like my nose line, and I think it turned out exactly in the shape I wantedㅜㅜ I’m looking forward to seeing how it looks once even the residual swelling goes down. Thank you, Director Kim Jae-yoonㅜㅜㅜ
