A clinic director I know said it’s the bible for nose surgery. They said the doctor absolutely does not operate on noses that are likely to fail, and strongly recommended that I go for a consultation. The doctor touched my nose and explained things right away, and I could feel their expertise. They were kind throughout the consultation. I wanted a refined nose, somewhere between flashy and natural. I think a nose that is 90% natural may be possible. I’m 90% inclined to have surgery there. I have consultations at 2 more places left lol
