I wondered if I should just live with it, but I always felt so disappointed about my nose that I ended up getting revision rhinoplasty. So I got hump correction and bulbous nose correction again. How does it look? Even though the before photo is already a corrected nose, doesn’t it look like nothing was corrected at all? If it had been a procedure rather than surgery, I would have felt less wronged. I said that even though I had surgery, my nose looked big again and the hump hadn’t improved at all, and that this time, since I was doing it anyway, I wanted to raise the nasal tip too. The director said it seemed like the area that had been operated on had become deformed.. They also said my nose looked a bit deviated. I didn’t know my nose was deviated, but after the director said it, only then did it start to look deviated to me. Was I just insensitive because it’s the face I’ve seen every day for decades? They consulted with me about what could realistically be improved, and that actually felt much more trustworthy and reassuring than places that said everything was possible. Actually, at first they said this part had limitations and couldn’t be done, so I was flustered, but because they clearly told me the realistic parts, the more I listened, the more I thought I should get revision surgery here. It’s been about 2 weeks now, and because I took the photo with an app my skin looks a bit fair, but I still have some patchy yellow bruising around my nose and eye areas. There is swelling too, and they say that after two to three months, the major swelling will be completely gone. Should I keep doing ice compresses?
