I had severe malocclusion since I was young, so I even had orthodontic treatment in elementary school, but it only got better briefly while I was having the braces, and after entering high school my malocclusion became so severe that it hurt even when chewing thick meat. So my parents said I needed orthodontic treatment anyway, and even if it cost a bit more, we should do it at Yonsei University Severance Hospital, so I had it done at Severance. I started orthodontic treatment in my early 20s and had double-jaw surgery at age 21. Severance does not use pins, so I did not have a separate pin-removal procedure. Instead, because they do not use pins, my mouth was tied shut for 2 weeks, so for those 2 weeks I could not eat food and drank water or beverages using a syringe. But even after they removed what was tying my mouth, I still could not eat properly right away. And the major swelling lasted about 6 months. Since it was Severance, it really cost a lot of money. I think each visit cost around 79,000 won in consultation fees (the orthodontics department was also almost 79,000 won once a month...), and I had to pay for CT scans and photos too..... Including orthodontics and double-jaw surgery, I think it cost almost 50-60 million won. But I am very satisfied. It is so natural that my friends around me do not know I had surgeryㅋㅋㅋㅋ They just ask if I did something because my face got prettier?? I really got prettier naturallyㅋㅋㅋ And so far I am not really sure about any saggingㅎㅎ I wrote this in such a disorganized wayㅎㅎ Anyway, I am still satisfied!!!!!!
