Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

Honest 1-year review of 3-part facial contouring + autologous bone paranasal augmentation.,

On October 17 last year, I had 3-part facial contouring and paranasal augmentation using bone cut from the square jaw at a certain hospital.. Now that a year has passed.. My right temporomandibular joint makes sounds, it always feels tight, and sometimes it has an aching sensation.. The effect was not as dramatic as I expected. My head was originally large, and both my cheekbones and jaw were large, and the doctor was not the type to operate aggressively.. Maybe because my nerve line was low, even after cutting the bone, there was no dramatic effect at all.. My jaw is still broad, and my cheekbones are still unevenㅠ There are many people who can’t even tell I had facial contouringㅠ It isn’t dramatic at all, so I keep feeling upset.. I went onto the operating table dreaming of a perfect egg-shaped, beautiful faceㅠ But reality is a broad face that is barely different from before surgeryㅠ I’ve been going to other hospitals for revision consultations, but since the bone has already been cut close to the nerve line, they say there’s nothing more that will change dramaticallyㅠㅠ Each director has a different opinion too.

Honestly, the autologous bone paranasal augmentation also doesn’t really have much of a paranasal augmentation effectㅎㅎ They just cut a pea-sized piece of square jaw bone and placed it there, and somehow it feels like the doctor was messing aroundㅎㅎ Before surgery, I had hollowness around the nasolabial fold area, and after surgery the nasolabial folds seem worse. We slightly raised the paranasal area with bone, but there’s not much improvement. Maybe doing it with an implant would have been more definite... I regret so much doing paranasal augmentation with bone.. When I touch the nasolabial fold area now, I can feel the pea-sized bone that was placed there... When I smile, only the nasolabial fold area rises roundly, so the shape is strange too.. Now, to redo it with an implant, I would have to remove the paranasal bone graft, wait 6 months, then do it again with an implant, so it costs a lot, takes a lot of time, requires anesthesia, and is complicatedㅠㅠ I also looked into nasolabial fold filler or fat grafting, but they say those disappear quicklyㅠㅠ...

And because my skin is on the thin side, after facial contouring my under-eye Indian lines got deeper and the nasolabial fold area became more hollow, so it looks like tiger lines?ㅜㅠ.. My midface feels very sunken.. After all the swelling went down, I feel like I’m actually getting uglier over time... I think I looked the prettiest when I still had cosmetic surgery swelling...

This was my honest 1-year review.. These days I keep thinking a lot: should I have done it at another hospital?? Should I have asked them to shave it boldly into a doll-like line instead of naturally? Should I have done paranasal augmentation with an implant?.. Even after plastic surgery, I did not become prettyㅎㅎ My face still feels uglyㅜ I haven’t reached the membership level yet, so I think I’ll only be able to check replies later
