My first surgery was septal cartilage for the nasal tip + dermis for the nasal bridge. I think my nose looked the prettiest right at the one-month mark after surgery. But as time passed, my eyes, which had been moderately drawn together, loosened, and all the dermis was absorbed, so only the nasal tip was left.
So after one year, I had revision surgery on the nasal bridge with silicone, and now I’m living fairly satisfied with it.
Maybe the septal cartilage spread out a bit, because the nasal tip has come down slightly, but I actually think it looks more natural, so I like it better.
