I had severe deviated septum, so I had surgery at an ENT clinic in Gangnam that was said to be skilled, but they bizarrely cut out a lot of mucous membrane, and it went back to its original state.
Only after having this surgery twice did I think I needed help from a plastic surgery clinic. I had it done at ㅇㄱㅈ Plastic Surgery, and they said the surgical method was to cut out the severely deviated part of the nasal septum (the middle of the nose), then use silicone to raise it by the amount that was removed. They also said that if I wanted to make my nose higher, they could put in more silicone, and to tell them if I wanted that. Looking back now, I regret it, but I said, “Please just make it like my original nose.”
For now, my deviated septum has recovered, but perhaps because a lot of mucous membrane was cut out before, my nose is very dry.
In terms of appearance, it honestly does not look very natural, but people around me do not notice.
