Autologous dermis for the nasal bridge

Never use it. Either don’t do it, or use silicone instead.

If you raise the nasal tip with something like septal cartilage and use autologous dermis for the nasal bridge?

Then later you’ll get a dog-like nose. Because the whole nasal bridge sinks in. I had revision surgery and put in silicone, and this is honestly better now.

Even if you’re scared of silicone contracture, this is better than using dermis, and if you’re really that scared, it’s better not to have surgery at all
