I had severe facial asymmetry, so I ended up having double-jaw surgery because there was no other choice. Having surgery does not make an aching jaw better; it just keeps grinding, which worries me. If you chew only on one side during childhood and growth, your jaw becomes asymmetrical.. please be careful, everyone.. I am very satisfied after the surgery.
