If I gently press from top to bottom, they look like my old nostrils.. I don't know whether the nostrils changed because of scar tissue or what. Even when picking my nose, the nostril wall, or should I say the columella wall? That area is hard as if there's a plate there, and something is there, so I can't even pick my nose. If I put a finger into my nostril and twist left and right, it moves well, but it feels like something is inside I wonder if this is scar tissue...
