Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redo

Sharing a revision rhinoplasty consultation review

First of all, I’m from outside Seoul. I barely managed to come after taking time out to spend a whole day getting consultations. My nose condition: high nasal bridge, low nasal tip, slightly upturned nose. If I get surgery, you can understand it as lowering the nasal bridge, raising the nasal tip while correcting the upturned nose, and preferring a feel closer to a straight nose rather than a straight-with-slight-curve nose. 1. ㄹㅅㅌ Dr. ㅊㅈㅎ -Had a CT scan, and there was no additional charge. -The director took a side-profile photo and drew the design for me. There is a nose feel that I ideally have in mind. They said to remove the existing silicone and cartilage, and use new, lower silicone and autologous costal cartilage. -They said my nose is low, so there is no need for osteotomy. (They said even if I did it, it wouldn’t be dramatic enough to be noticeable.) -While looking at the CT, they explained thoroughly and spoke concisely. -Price: 7 million won, but 6.3 million won with the event and same-day booking. -AS up to 2 years. -They honestly said what is not possible, and explained, “The ideal design is this, but if the nose doesn’t stretch, it will be smaller than this.” 2. ㅇㅍ Dr. ㅎㅈㅁ -Had both CT and photos taken, then consultation. I told them everything I wanted: lowering the nasal bridge and raising the nasal tip. -They said the nasal bridge only needs to be lowered a little, but they need to put a lot of effort into the nasal tip. -They said to use donated costal cartilage. -Lower the nasal silicone and use donated costal cartilage. They told me not to do osteotomy. -Price: 6.6 million won, but with event + if deciding within this week, they said they would do 4.3 million won. -AS: up to 1 year. -While explaining what is not possible, they showed before-and-after photos of other patient cases. -They consulted a lot while looking at photos rather than the CT. -Both the doctor and the consultation manager looked over everything thoroughly during consultation. -They said it should be done in a line direction that does not create an 11-shaped nose. Summary :Both places understood my nose problems well. When looking at how they explained the design nose, I trust No. 1 more. AS period: No. 1 > No. 2 Price: No. 1 > No. 2 (No. 1 is more expensive) 3. Materials used: autologous costal cartilage / donated costal cartilage 4. Postoperative visits: No. 1: days 1, 7, 14 No. 2: days 1, 4, 7 I’m also worried because autologous costal cartilage is painfulㅜㅜ If I do it, where do you think would be better?
