If it’s a nose where the nostril wings are really spread out, then reducing them would be right, but if not... isn’t nostril base reduction not really necessary? I think it depends on what kind of bulbous nose it is ㅜㅜ For nose revision, how about going to places like Private or The Door..? They’re places I’m looking into too..

For the nostril wings, it’d be better to go for a consultation and check again. I don’t think revision means you definitely have to do it~ It might be fine to recommend High End too; it’s not a factory-style clinic, and there are lots of reviews from various revision cases
