Nasal bridge height during rhinoplasty

This is the hardest kind of question to understand. Each person has a different forehead, nasal bridge, nasal tip, chin height, nose size, and nose shape, but asking as if there’s some standardized measurement means you haven’t looked up enough information yet and don’t understand it well enough. I think you need to study it more.

It really varies by person, so go around for consultations, get recommendations for both a glamorous height and a natural height, and compare them.

Like the comments above said, the height each person naturally has is different, so someone might put in 3 mm and someone else 4 mm and still look similar, or the person with 4 mm could even look lower! I had mine done at The Door, and they recommended the millimeter amount based on my original nasal bridge and how much they were going to project the nasal tip, so it’s better to just go for a consultation and hear the exact detailsㅜㅜ

Rather than an average height... the commonly used height is 3-4 mm... If someone’s bridge is very low, I’ve even seen people raise it up to 6 mm..

I had mine done at ㅍㄹㅇㅂ, but that millimeter amount differs by person. If you haven’t gone for consultations, I recommend going. Mine was also a revision, so I used costal cartilage, and I do think the support strength for the nasal tip is definitely better than ear cartilage and things like that.

I’ve seen a lot of people deciding whether or not to get revision surgery over a 1 mm difference.. ㅠㅠ Looking at reviews for ㅈㅇ and ㄹㅅㅍ, it seems like revisions mostly use costal cartilage.. I’m already worried that autologous costal cartilage might hurt more than expected.
