Both the consultant and the director were really kind. But one of the people at the front desk.. I’d recommend they not work in customer service Still, the front desk isn’t the one operating on my face, so to talk about the director: it was Director Yoo Ha-hyun, and they explained absolutely everything from start to finish and were so, so kind, so I liked the consultation itself.
