Self-washing was so hard. There isn’t a separate waiting area, so if you’re just there for a simple consultation, you have to sit on the sofa in front of the counter with everyone else while they put numbing cream on your face and wait. The staff were openly fighting right next to us and joking around while swearing at each other.
