I got 3 types of facial contouring done naturally

As the title says, I got 3 types of facial contouring done My friends said it looks natural without looking artificial, so I'm writing this I did 3D cheekbones, square jaw, and chin tip, and also reduced my chin length a bit lol.. As you can tell from the photos, my face shape was not extremely bumpy or uneven, but still, every time I took selfies, I felt like I looked a bit ordinary, and I started wondering if it was because of my face shape... I would occasionally get contour injections, cheekbone injections, lifting treatments, and things like that, but it didn't feel like there was any dramatic effect, and I thought that if only my face shape became slimmer, maybe at least half of the look I wanted would follow, so after looking into it a bit, I ended up getting surgery half impulsively... The hospital I looked at had a lot of facial contouring reviews, and the directors seemed to have long experience. Director Kim seemed to tend toward a more glamorous style, and Director Yoon seemed to tend to do things relatively naturally, so I had surgery with Director Yoon. The director's consultation style was very calm and detailed in explaining things. I'm a woman who is super F on MBTI (not sure what that has to do with it...ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ) but among the hospitals I went to for consultations, I felt that his style matched me the best. The director said exactly that too. He said my face wasn't one with a lot to shave down, but because of my concerns, it would be better to do all 3 types... Just around then, a short-term stock trade I made hit big, so I had some extra money, and since I was going under anyway, I thought I should do it all at once so I wouldn't need revision surgery, so I went for all 3.. Even on the day of surgery, I felt dazed and it didn't feel real ㅋㅋㅋㅋ -Day of surgery It hurts.. and I was out of it... My last memory was talking with the director, and when I opened my eyes, the surgery was already over. I've had something like nasopharyngitis before, but my throat was so dry and burning that it hurt more than when I had nasopharyngitis. I think I drank two whole bottles of lukewarm water by myself, and after taking painkillers, I think I fell asleep again like I passed out. Here, from 2 types and up, you have to be hospitalized for a day, so my family and the nurses took care of me... But there wasn't really much taking care to do; I just slept like I was practically lifeless. -The day after surgery Until the morning, it still hurt... I wondered why I had this surgery, but after the afternoon passed, it was okay. After seeing the director and being discharged, I passed out for round two at home ㅋㅋㅋㅋ But once the pain got better, life felt much more livable. Honestly, if you can just somehow get through the second day.. I think it's manageable. This might also be my memory making it seem better, but after that, aside from having to be careful with food, I was okay. As I watched the swelling gradually go down, my satisfaction improved, and people around me asked if I had lost weight or gotten a meridian massage. Getting confirmation from other people's mouths felt so good... If you ask whether I'd get the surgery again if I went back, I think I'd think for about 3 seconds and say yes. It may also be because I don't worry much and my personality is calm... Plastic surgery is about having your own conviction, everyone.. Just because I was okay doesn't guarantee someone else will be okay. Even if you have to endure all that discomfort and worry, you still really want surgery..? I think only people like that should get surgery.
