For my history, you can just read my previous post. For the 2nd surgery, I only had the silicone removed at the original hospital, a factory-style clinic. Today I had my 3rd surgery at a different private ENT clinic and was discharged after being hospitalized. I was scared it might be septal cartilage overharvesting, I didn’t like that my nose was slightly sunken, I was stressed because my nasal tip kept turning red, and I did it because I had thoughts like maybe the alar cartilage on the right side was collapsed since it was hard to breathe through that side. My family said that after removing the silicone that had been in my nasal bridge, because of the hump osteotomy from my first surgery, I should also put autologous costal cartilage in the nasal bridge. The doctor went into surgery saying that if the reason my nasal tip was turning red was my own...

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
