For my history, you can just read my previous post. For the 2nd surgery, I only had the silicone removed at the original hospital, a factory-style clinic. Today I had my 3rd surgery at a different private ENT clinic and was discharged after being hospitalized. I was scared it might be septal cartilage overharvesting, I didn’t like that my nose was slightly sunken, I was stressed because my nasal tip kept turning red, and I did it because I had thoughts like maybe the alar cartilage on the right side was collapsed since it was hard to breathe through that side. My family said that after removing the silicone that had been in my nasal bridge, because of the hump osteotomy from my first surgery, I should also put autologous costal cartilage in the nasal bridge.
