Among the two surgeries above, is there anyone who only lifted the alae!!! and had surgery to bring out the columella? Without alar reduction. I’m curious whether doing only the surgery above makes the nose spread wider than the original nose.

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
