I hated how my nose spread out roundly when I smiled, and even before surgery my nose wasn’t low. My face shape is round, and my eyes, nose, and mouth are all round, so I wanted a more sophisticated image. I looked into rhinoplasty and ended up getting surgery. Wow... I seriously became Pinocchio to the point that everyone was shocked.. As soon as my mom saw me, she said, “This is all just because it’s swollen, right? It’ll all go down, right? If you live like this, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life..” But back then I was just high on the surgery effect and lived with my ears shut. Then once the swelling went down, damn, it became even sharper and pointier. Because my philtrum looked longer, my midface looked longer too, so I looked older;; My face is round and broad, but only my nose is pointy, so my dad teases me saying to give him my nose so he can dip strawberries with it;; My friends even say it’s like a pot lid and my nose is the handle;; So I went back to the hospital where I had surgery for an after-service revision. I went with the person who will become my husband and begged them to please make it natural, to remove whatever could be removed, silicone or anything, and please make my nose round and natural, or back to how it was originally. But they said things like, “It’s already so pretty and natural even now,” seriously wtf. Then they said okay, they would match it as much as possible. After getting the after-service revision, it is definitely much better now than before, but it’s still Pinocchio... If my child says, “Mom, is your nose Pinocchio?” I feel like I’d want to die. I feel like I wouldn’t want to live if my nose is still like this even after I’m over 50. Naturalness is the look I want, but damn... seriously.. ha.. Natural like my original nose, with a round tip.. please.. I’m looking for a hospital that can do that.. If anyone knows a place, please recommend a hospital... please...
그레이스뿌링클 Did you remove the silicone?
윶잉 [@그레이스뿌링클] From the start, I had some nasal bridge, and I had a really slight hump, so I had 1 mm of silicone put in, but I removed that during the after-service revision. I also talked about the columella, and right after the AS it looked like there was a little columella, but as time passed, I don’t know if the nose is upturning, but even the little columella I had disappeared. From the side, the nasal bridge is just straight.. the nasal tip is straight too.. It’s seriously driving me crazy.
Uouo98 Seriously... your original nose is pretty ㅜㅜ How about looking into removal?
윶잉 [@Uouo98] That’s why I’m looking into revision surgeryㅜㅜ Do you know any places?ㅜㅜ
윶잉 [@Uouo98] I know, right? I expected it because they said it would get lower, but there’s no sign of the nasal tip droppingㅋㅋㅋ
윶잉 [@꿀단] That day, at the plastic surgery clinic, Director Yoo Byung-han?....
익명 What did you end up doing??ㅠㅠㅠ I feel like Pinocchio too, so I’m thinking of removing it... It’s too high to just call it swellingㅜㅜ
던킨식혜 Honestly, your nose before surgery suited your face betterㅜ
윶잉 [@던킨식혜] Right.. Ha, I tried to fix my blunt-looking nose and ended up wasting money, with so much mental and emotional stress. I understand so well now why people say the nose can’t be done perfectly in one go..

Nose Re-Surgery@rhino-redoApr 29 I’m deciding between Asan and RU! Has anyone had surgery at Asan?ˀ̣
My nose had inflammation, so everything has been removed, and I think there’s still a little inflammation left. Considering that, I feel like Asan might be the right choice, but I’m so torn because I don’t know if the shape will turn out pr
