I had my first surgery 10 years ago, and it has been one month since my revision surgery this time. My nose is too high, and the nasal tip is even higher, so it hurts a lot even when I wear a mask. I used autologous costal cartilage, but honestly, I don’t need to go all the way back to my original nose. I just want to return to a nose I can touch freely and not feel stressed about. I heard ㄱㅇㅅ, ㅊㅁ, and ㅅㅅㅇ are the top three for this. Could people who had surgery there or went for consultations share their reviews? I saw somewhere that one of them had an issue and was called blacklisted ㅠㅠ Also, if I get removal, do they take out all the cartilage inside, or do they reuse it for reconstruction?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
