The first photo is before surgery. The incision scar hasn't disappeared cleanly yet. It's almost been 3 months, but since both surgeries were done with the open approach, I guess it may take longer. Depending on the light, the nose comes out so differently in photos.. In some photos it looks very slim, and in others it still looks swollen The one thing that bothered me was that I did it with donated rib cartilage, but after having the surgery and living with it, it isn't more uncomfortable or problematic just because it's donated rib cartilage I'll have to live with it a bit longer, but I think it's the same no matter what cartilage is used The nasal tip can't droop again, so that's the only thing I'm worried about right now
