I had open surgery with silicone for the nasal bridge (I don’t know how much was inserted). The nasal tip was raised using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. Honestly, I only wanted to do the nasal bridge, but my nose was small and very low, so I absolutely had to do the nasal tip too.. I did it, but the nasal tip with septal cartilage is seriously extremely hard and the foreign-body sensation is severe.. It’s been almost 3 months now, and the pain is still severe.. I really hope you think carefully about septal cartilage before having surgery
